Each ticket can be used by one (1) person only. For safety reasons, child under the age of twelve (12) must be accompanied by an adult who shall be solely responsible for such child’s care and conduct at the Water Park and Golden Reel.

Guests are solely responsible for their own safety and personal belongings. Studio City Developments Limited is not responsible for any losses, damages, expenses, and causes of action, injuries or death sustained at the Studio City Water Park and Golden Reel or in connection with this promotion.
Studio City Developments Limited reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions (including the use, suspension and cancellation of this package, offer, promotion, tickets, wristbands and/or any consumption rebate) without prior notice.
All matters and disputes, including the interpretation of these terms and conditions, will be subject to the final decision of Studio City Developments Limited.
The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail in the event of any discrepancy between the English and the Chinese versions.
