Kiku Ramen's master chefs carefully curate pork bones, chicken bones, and ox bones with vegetables, kombu, dried fish, vegetable broth and special pastes to formulate five secret ramen broths full of authentic Japanese flavor. These include Kumamoto Garlic Wagyu Beef Ramen, Nagano Pepper Miso Seafood Ramen, Hakata Tonkotsu Chashu Ramen, Yokohama Spicy Chicken Ramen and Tokyo Shoyu Chashu Ramen. Freshly prepared upon order with handmade ramen, each dish is uniquely aromatic and delightfully tempting. A wide range of tempura and snacks are also available to complete each exceptionally satisfying dining experience.
