At KIKU, our masterful chefs transform exquisite ingredients, including premium seafood, seasonal harvests and prime American Angus beef, into artfully prepared authentic Japanese dishes that spotlight nature's bounty!
Each guest can also select one spring blossom specialty of their choice—Grilled Lobster with Herbs Mayonnaise, Teppanyaki Surf Clam with Seaweed Sauce, or Sake Steamed Wild Yellow Croaker—to revel in the lavish essence of the season.
