Founded in Hong Kong in the 1950s, Chan Kee was the first roasted goose restaurant in Sham Tseng and still maintains its commitment to producing the perfect combination of flavor and crispness. This pioneering shop didn't just establish Sham Tseng as the hometown of roasted goose - it still holds the record for most roasted geese sold in a single day (2,000). Deng G Sichuan

Behind Deng G Sichuan is an unbroken chain of Sichuan culinary mastery. For almost half a century, Deng G Sichuan's Head Chef Deng Huadong has studied and taught the art of traditional Sichuan cuisine, learning his craft under Chef Chen Tingxin, himself the first protégé of master Kong Daosheng, who was taught by Master Lan Guangjian, founder of the renowned Rong Zi Pai restaurant. Today, Deng G Sichuan's team preserves traditional techniques, creating dishes that both honor the past and reflect the present.

Hip Seng Seafood Hotpot Restaurant

Founded in 1989, Hip Seng Seafood Hotpot Restaurant is an old brand restaurant in Macau. The earliest branch (Kee Kwan) is the top seafood and hot pot restaurant and has been ranked the Black Pearl restaurant since 2018 for years.

Hip Seng is dedicated to sourcing the top-quality seasonal ingredients all around the world, such as live seafood, premium meats, and seasonal vegetables.
